PLY+ has completed a restoration and renovation of Robert Metcalf's Forsythe House in Barton Hills, MI.
The house was designed and built in 1954 and is an excellent example of Metcalf's work from that period. The project involves numerous cosmetic repairs as well as a few structural issues that needed addressing. The main spaces have been renovated and various aspects of the original house have been modified. Ply will be restoring these while blending together a few small upgrades to features in order to accommodate the new owners' needs.
